This laminated cookbook, illustrated with Ray Dirks’ captivating artwork, was inspired
by the people of
Winnipeg who attended the
‘Embracing the Opportunities HIV/AIDS
Conference’ in November 2004 and was marketed by the congregation of
Assiniboia Charleswood Community Church.
The first 5000 printed copies have been sold and the profits from the sale of these
cookbooks was sent to Beacon of Hope, Africa.
A second printing of 5000 cookbooks is now available. Once again, all profits from the sale
of these cookbooks will be sent to Beacon of Hope.
